Experience / Career Background

I come from a physics background having completed a BA in maths and an MSc in astrophysics, both at Cambridge University. Programming games is a completely foreign concept to me, but I have always enjoyed the coding projects in my degrees.

Why d3t?

I didn’t plan on doing game programming, but I stumbled across the job listing while looking for other jobs. I thought, ‘why not apply?’. Turns out I really enjoyed the coding challenge and d3t seemed like such a friendly and welcoming environment, I had to join!

Fun fact:

I have a pet tortoise called George, he’s a very good pet – not needy in the slightest. I was captain of an ultimate frisbee team at university, but since the pandemic climbing has been my favourite sport recently.
